Information on data protection under sect. 13 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG)
For the purpose of providing telemedia services, user-related data not covered by a specific
permission from the user, will only be collected and processed to the extent allowed under
section 12 TMG and within the frame set by sections 14 and 15 TMG. The access to our
website as well as data requests from our website will be protocolled. Data will be recorded
as follows: name of the requested file, date and time of the request, volume of data
transferred, protocol on successfully processed request, type of web browser, name of
requesting domain and IP address of requesting computer. All information stored will be only
used for system- related or statistical purposes. Personal user data will be only used to
respond to the user īs request and for technical administration. None of the data will be
transmitted to any third party.
